How is Silver different from Bronze?
Silver adds two coaching phone calls per month and video feedback — you record yourself, we analyze your form and send back direct adjustments. It runs for 8 weeks instead of 4. It is designed for people who want more accountability and regular check-ins as they build momentum.
How do the phone calls work?
You schedule your two monthly 30-minute calls at times that work for you. These calls cover your progress, any challenges you're facing, nutrition questions, and program adjustments.
Is nutrition guidance included?
Yes. Every LWA package includes nutritional guidance. Silver includes the foundational framework — what to eat, what to cut, and why — reinforced on your monthly calls.
Can I upgrade to Gold or Platinum?
Yes. If you want to upgrade mid-program, we will credit your Silver payment toward the higher package.
Is this program right for someone with severe symptoms?
