About LWA Strong

Neurological Rehabilitation
Built by Someone Who Lived It

LWA Strong is a fully remote neurological rehabilitation company. We work with people affected by MS, Parkinson's, stroke, TBI, ataxia, cerebral palsy, ALS, and over 20 other neurological conditions — combining custom exercise programming, anti-inflammatory nutrition, and real accountability coaching. All programs are delivered online, worldwide.

Who Is Art Thomas?

Art Thomas is the founder and CEO of LWA Strong. He was diagnosed with ataxia — a degenerative neurological condition he describes as "MS on steroids." At his worst, Art was in a wheelchair. Today, he walks completely independently.

Art didn't recover through conventional medicine alone. He built a system — combining progressive neurological exercise, anti-inflammatory nutrition, and relentless accountability — that drove his own recovery. That system became LWA Strong.

Art now coaches people with neurological conditions worldwide through LWA's remote programs. His co-coach Danny Walls brings additional expertise in rehabilitation and strength training for neurological populations.

What LWA Strong Does

LWA Strong delivers three-pillar rehabilitation programs entirely online — no clinic visits required.

Custom Exercise Programming

Every program is built around your specific condition, current function level, and independence goals. No generic protocols. Progressive, neurologically-targeted movement training delivered via video.

Anti-Inflammatory Nutrition

Nutrition is a core pillar — not an add-on. LWA provides specific dietary guidance to reduce neuroinflammation, support nerve function, and accelerate recovery. Carnivore and carnivore-leaning approaches are central to the LWA method.

Accountability Coaching

You record your workouts and send video to Art or Danny. They review your form and progress, send detailed feedback, and adjust your program. Real coaching precision without in-person sessions.

Common Questions About LWA Strong

Is LWA Strong available outside the United States?

Yes. LWA Strong is fully remote. All coaching is delivered via Zoom and video feedback. We work with clients across the US and internationally — location is never a barrier.

How is LWA different from traditional physical therapy?

Traditional PT is typically short-term, insurance-driven, and focused on symptom management. LWA is long-term, goal-driven, and focused on real independence. We combine exercise, nutrition, and accountability — three pillars most PT clinics never address together.

Does LWA Strong offer a free consultation?

Yes. A free 30-minute Zoom consultation with Art Thomas or Danny Walls is available to anyone considering LWA. No commitment, no sales pressure. Book at lwastrong.com/contact.

What does "Independence Guaranteed" mean?

Every LWA program is built around your specific independence goals. Art Thomas went from wheelchair to complete independence using the LWA method — that lived experience drives every program we build.
